8. We accept: Traditional Medicaid, WHP Medicaid, PCCM, Amerigroup, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Insurance.
We also accept Visa and MasterCard for your payment convenience.

We will assist you in applying for Women Health Program (WHP) Insurance Card at no charge. WHP approved as soon as 2 weeks in case by case basis.
Please bring the following documents with you on the day of your appointment:
1. Health Insurance Cards such as Medicaid
2. Proof of Total Household Income such as paycheck stubs,
W-2s, or letters from employers.
3. Proof of Identity -Drivers License, Birth Certificate and Social Security Card.
4. If you do not have the above documents, you may still schedule your appointment and we will
be glad to assist you.
